I am a new client and I have been trying to book an appointment but there aren't any available.We release appointments a month at a time. They are not automatically released 30 days in advance. ​ If no appointments are showing, we are fully booked. When do you release additional appointments?We don't have a set date to release appointments as they are based on our availability. When we release appointments, they will only be for the following month unless otherwise stated.

I would like to book an appointment a few months in advance but I'm having difficulty.In light of COVID and considering the number of new clients we have waiting to book an appointment with us. We are only taking bookings for new clients a month in advance. As such, appointments further than 30 days into the future will not be available to book via our online booking system. I am a returning client, how can I book another appointment?"If you have seen us before, feel free to book back in for your next appointment online. If you are struggling to find availability, we will have a look at your previous appointments and try to book you in. Please send us a message via our Contact Page or give us a call to book your next appointment with us. We take appointments a month in advance so please let us know your availability when you contact us.

Do you have a cancellation list that I can join?We did have a cancellation list, but it grew to be too long to be beneficial to anyone. Do you offer services for children?Yes, we do. When selecting a service, please select "Adults" or "Children from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen on mobile, or toggle between the two options on desktop.

I am a new client and I am not sure which service to book.All new clients are required to book the Curl Transformation for their first visit with us. All new child clients will need to be booked for the Kids Transformation service.

Do you offer colour services?We don't currently offer colour services, but this is something that we will be looking to introduce in the future.

When will you be offering training sessions?Our timeline for our training sessions has been adversely impacted both by Covid-19 and by Brexit. So, we will be sharing more details about our education programme once we have finalised new dates. For updates about our education programme, please join our mailing list. Where is the nearest parking?We have parking spaces available for you to use to the rear of the salon.

I am trying to contact you but I can't find your phone number.You can find our direct number in your email confirmation when you book an appointment with us. Otherwise, the best way to contact us is via our contact page.

Can I book a consultation before I book an appointment?Unfortunately, we are not able to offer stand-alone consultations. However, you do have a consultation as part of the Curl Transformation service, or Kids Transformation service which would be your first appointment with us.
